Questions patients ask before booking
What is the consultation fee?
The first consultation includes a detailed assessment and treatment plan. Fees depend on the treatment required – call or WhatsApp +91 94285 49434 and we will tell you the exact charges before you visit. No hidden costs.
What are the clinic timings?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Sunday closed. Evening slots are available for working patients – book in advance on WhatsApp to avoid waiting.
Do you provide home visit physiotherapy?
Yes. For elderly, post-surgery, stroke and bed-ridden patients we visit homes in and around Visnagar (Vadnagar, Kheralu area) with portable equipment. Home visits are by appointment – WhatsApp us your location to book.
Is treatment covered by insurance / Mediclaim?
Physiotherapy is usually reimbursable under most health insurance and corporate policies when prescribed by a doctor. We provide proper bills and treatment reports for your claim. Please check the exact terms with your insurer.
What happens in the first visit?
Dr. Deep takes your history, examines posture, movement and pain, explains the cause in simple Gujarati and starts treatment the same day. You leave with a clear plan – number of sessions, home exercises and expected recovery time. Bring any old reports or X-ray/MRI if you have them.
